Dafresh GYM, a Body building outfit based Port Harcourt is throwing open a body building competition for body builders in Port Harcourt and beyond.
According to the organizers of the competition, it is all free for all body builders of good disposition. Already some body builders have started registering for the competition.

Elder Biokpo West Jushua as he is known in the body builders circle revealed to The Verite sports that the best body builders from Port Harcourt and beyond are expected to do justice to body building in the forth coming open competition. He give the date of the competitions as February 13th 2010, a day before the lovers day of February 14th . Venue, according to him, is the Dafresh GYM ground, No. 7 Agwu by Udi street, Mile I Diobu, Port Harcourt.

According to him, the gym may be a local gym of no recognization but they are proud of the gym since the gym had produced some national champions that could hold their own when it comes to body building. He therefore called on all body builders of good disposition within Diobu to come to No. 7 Agwu by Udi street for their registration before the day proper, Elder Biokpo West Joshua hinted that the reason for organizing the competition is to bring back body builders from the Christmas holiday to the gym. According to him, it is also to check their body shape, whether they have lost their body shape to the Christmas holiday or not.

Speaking further, he said that the competition is going to produce the king of the gym. He also revealed that all coming to the competition will be weighed by the gym body builders authority with the gym scale, so there is no fear of cheating from any quarters, adding that those who indulge in bodybuilding activities are sickness free and are respected because of their shape.

Stressing his point further, he claimed that those engaged in body building live longer as they are always free from bacteria and virus attack.
He said that the gym is open to both sexes of good disposition and intends to train more body builders out for both national and international engagements. He finally stated that some of the gym products are doing extremely well at the national scene, urging those who have not taken body building as a sport to value or appreciate the exercise as an art of life.
